Darlene Fila Principal Mrs. Fila has worked for the Howard County Public School System since 1976. She has taught all elementary school grade levels as well as in the GT and CR programs. Mrs. Fila served as an Assistant Principal for 10 years before becoming Principal of PRES in February 2001. Mrs. Fila finds her work with the PRES community to be both challenging and rewarding.
